Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and merchandising products to enhance customer shopping experience.
• Operating cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Performing general cleaning duties to keep the store neat and organized.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with the management team.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
