Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, organize merchandise displays, and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
