Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by carrying out a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
