Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a neat and organized store, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
