Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure store security.
- Follow company procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
