Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and working collaboratively with the team to uphold ALDI's standards.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in general store equipment operation and cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
