Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store appearance, and assist customers with shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
