We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
