Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data security
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of maintaining store cleanliness to company standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
