Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, working 32-40 hours weekly with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour. You'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management
• Execute inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and operating store equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Capability to handle equipment and operate a cash register
