Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, interacting with customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and policies to ensure store security
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
