Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness in the store, and providing outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of your role, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
