Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) on a consistent basis.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
