We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Position Details

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
