Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team and management.
• Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain store standards.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
