Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of information.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and capable of operating a cash register efficiently.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail and organization.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
