Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure security procedures are upheld.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
