We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory-related tasks and uphold cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
