Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
