Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate cash register efficiently and follow cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
