Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and handle inventory counts accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and conduct general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
