Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, assisting customers, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your contributions will enhance the overall customer shopping experience and uphold ALDI's commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback to management on product issues, inventory accuracy, and other store-related matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to established cash policies.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and follow procedures rigorously.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Able to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and company standards for cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow instructions, and multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
