Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to an enhanced shopping experience for our customers.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store appearance, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
