Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and provide efficient and accurate customer checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while upholding security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
