Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform inventory tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
