Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
