Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service, enhance the shopping experience, and contribute to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks as per standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience desired.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
