Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in everyday tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling procedures, and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail work experience as a plus.
