Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Report inventory issues, monitor accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
