Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational skills including cash register handling and equipment operation.
• Capacity to meet physical demands of the role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
