Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Your dedication to enhancing the customer shopping experience and working collaboratively with the ALDI team will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain product displays, and ensure shelves are stocked neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Follow cleaning standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
