Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by handling merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, upholding document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Previous retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
