Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Work independently and in a team
• Maintain attention to detail, follow instructions, and multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
