Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues encountered.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and prioritize security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
