Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
