Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's guidelines and procedures.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
