Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels
• Follow cash policies and procedures to ensure store security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
