Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
