Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other relevant issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and follow data confidentiality protocols.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting customer service standards and company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
