Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist with inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Skills to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
