Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a pivotal member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (MAP) in your role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
