Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory tasks and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to fulfill physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
