Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's operations and providing excellent customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
