Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.
• Perform general cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
