Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
