Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness standards of the store while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and adhere to company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is preferred
