Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining stock levels, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and maintain the store's overall appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling policies to ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
