Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store well-organized.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
