Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues, maintain a clean shopping environment, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain store standards.
• Ability to follow company policies, work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
