Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and team collaboration. As a Store Associate, you will engage in various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive and organized shopping environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, aiding customers during their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback to management on product quality, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies, uphold security, and maintain document confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
